How We Coordinate Your Baraat
4–6 Weeks Before
WhatsApp or enquire online. We confirm your date, review which cars are available, and discuss the package. Deposit taken to hold your date exclusively.
2 Weeks Before
We send a full coordination brief — ceremony venues, timings, decoration colours, driver briefings. You approve it. Any changes made at this stage at no charge.
The Day Before
Your coordinator contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm all timings. Cars are inspected and prepared. Decorations are applied and colour-checked.
The Day
Coordinator available from 7am. Drivers positioned at their locations. If a ceremony runs late, we adjust arrival times for subsequent vehicles. You celebrate. We coordinate.

We are based in Birmingham — ten minutes from the West Midlands’ major South Asian wedding venues. Sub-45-minute delivery to Wolverhampton, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, and Nottingham as standard. No London delivery premium.

Can the car fit a lehenga comfortably?
Yes — particularly the Rolls Royce Cullinan, Bentley Bentayga, and Mercedes AMG GLS 63. The SUV variants offer elevated seating and wider door openings. Our drivers are briefed on how to assist with formal wear.
Do you decorate the cars?
Yes. Floral decoration is included in all Royal Fleet packages. We colour-match to your wedding palette — send us a photo of your lehenga or invite and we will match.
How early should I book?
6–12 weeks for peak season (April–September). The Rolls Royce Ghost and Lamborghini Urus are consistently high demand. If your date is set, contact us immediately.
What if the car breaks down on the day?
In the event of a mechanical issue we source a replacement of equivalent or higher specification. If we cannot replace it: full refund plus £500 compensation. We have never triggered this clause.
Do you travel outside Birmingham?
Yes — we serve the full UK. For Midlands venues (within 45 minutes) delivery is standard. London, Manchester, Leeds available on request.
How many weddings do you take per weekend?
Maximum four. Your coordinator is not managing twelve other weddings on the same day.
