All hire charges start from and finish at The Curve Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai UAE. The travel allowances from The Curve Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai UAE to the collection point are as follows: Downtown Dubai 20 Minutes, DXB Airport 30 Minutes, DWC Airport and Jebel Ali Docks 45 Minutes and Abu Dhabi 2 Hours.
Excess time will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate.
There is a minimum hire of 1 hours on all hires (excluding airport transfers). Quoted rates are exclusive of VAT at 5% unless otherwise stated.
Our Airport set rates include a 60-minute waiting time at the airport from the time the plane has landed. Waiting time charges will be incurred after the 60 minutes has lapsed and will be charged per 15 minutes at the relevant hourly rate.
Price per day include car with driver for 10 Hours, Petrol, Salik, and regular parking fees. VIP Valet parking is excluded.
Any additional hours will be charged between 150 AED and 450 AED according to the car model. The maximum distance per day on daily hires is 250 km excess mileage will be charged at 15 AED per km and the Hirer agrees to pay such charges.
All hire charges are rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
Cancellations for airport transfers or minimum charge bookings made within two hours of the collection time will be subject to the minimum charge. There is no charge for cancellations for airport transfers or minimum charge bookings made outside of this time. Cancellations for any booking other than an airport or minimum charge booking will incur a full charge cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours.
Rates are subject to alteration without prior notification. All account holders will be notified at least one month prior to any price increases.
If it is necessary for our chauffeurs to have overnight accommodation this will be charged at AED 200.00 + VAT at 5%.
A surcharge of 100% will be added to the agreed tariff for services provided on Christmas Day, Eid Al Fitr Days, New Year’s Day and between the hours of 17:00 and 00.00 on New Year’s Eve. A surcharge of 50% is applicable for hires between the hours of 17:00 and 00:00 on Eid Al Fitr and Christmas Eve. There are no surcharges on all other UAE bank holidays.
In the event a passenger has an excess of baggage, ‘the Company’ reserve the right to refuse any luggage or property in the car which in our opinion would result in the vehicle being damaged or unsafe to drive on the road.
The Company accepts no responsibility for delays howsoever caused.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried within or on our vehicles howsoever such loss or damage may be caused.
All credit or debit cards payments will incur a card processing fee of 3%, AMEX fees are 5%.
The Company expressly prohibit any person other than our chauffeurs to drive our vehicles.
The Company maintains a strict non-smoking policy on all vehicles. It’s strictly prohibited to smoke cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes inside the car, if the Hirer will fail to do so, a penalty of 1500 AED will be charged. End of policy.
